This feature is mainly used by those who work with other booking data, then just those from Restu. All the files you have can be upload directly to the reservation. They will then be available to every business user.
How to add files to reservations?
Files can be added to the reservations in Pro.restu administration in the “Reservation” section. Just unroll the reservation and use the “Upload file” button.
File must be in PDF, JPG, PNG format.
A maximum of three files can be uploaded per reservation.
The maximum file size is 1 MB
File can be uploaded or added only by “Manager” or “Administrator”
How to delete files from the reservation?
File can be deleted by clicking on the cross. Do not forget that after deleting the file, it will not be possible to restore it.
Where can I see the files?
Choose in the electronic reservation book the reservation, to which the files are uploaded. In ERB can the files be viewed by all restaurant users.
How to set viewing the files right in your browser?
